Late Arrivals - 15 min or more may require rescheduling or your service will be shortened.

Cancelations or rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours before your appointment or will be counted as a no-show.

No-shows will get 2 warnings and then future recurring appointments will be canceled. Appointments will then have to be scheduled as possible.

Recurring appointments may need to be adjusted to avoid overlaps. Weekly appointments will be changed to every 3 or 6 weeks, Saturdays will be changed to every 4 or 8 weeks.

Please send any nail art pictures at least two days before your appointment to speed up your service and ensure there's enough time booked. Failing to do so may mean there may not be enough time for everything you want during your appointment.
